A normal email proves nothing: its content and headers can be modified. SafeStamper Mail turns every send into solid evidence —content, recipients, date and time— time-stamped and admissible as evidence.
Nothing to install · put one address in copy and that is it · eIDAS backing (EU 910/2014).
Every day your company sends contracts, invoices, claims and proposals by email. The day someone denies it, an uncertified email is worth the same as the other party word.
No software to install, no need to change your email client or learn a new tool. You certify with the email you already use.

The content, the recipients, the attachments and the date are recorded in the certificate.
Mail certifies the sending, not the reading.
A signed and time-stamped PDF with the full email, ready to file or to submit.
It can also be wired into automated workflows.
Prove what you sent, to whom and when it went out
Prove that you sent the invoice, the notice or the demand on time, to the right address and with the exact content.
If a contract requires you to notify before a date, the certificate proves the sending to the second.
When you send designs, quotes or projects, you certify that your work came from you and when.
Technological evidence admissible before courts and arbitrations, with the backing of the European eIDAS regulation.
It integrates into the email you already use. One address in copy and that is it: nothing to install, nothing to learn.
A single certified email can save you a lawsuit, a non-payment or the loss of a client.
From the invoice that accounting sends to the design your studio delivers. If it matters that there is a record of what you sent and when, it is worth certifying it.

If you operate from Mexico, each email sending certification includes, in the same act, the Conservation Certificate of Data Messages in accordance with NOM-151, without contracting a separate provider. A double layer of evidence —the European stamp and the Mexican certificate— over the same evidence.
The NOM-151 certificate is issued through SeguriData, a Certification Services Provider accredited by the Mexican Ministry of Economy. Available for users in Mexico and for organizations from other countries that require it due to their activity in that market.
