Reliable notification · eIDAS

Prove that your message was received and read

With a normal email you never know if it was opened. SafeStamper Notify sends your communication as a trusted third party and certifies delivery, opening, attachment download and the recipient's reply, with date, time and IP. The proof of receipt required by demands, claims and the new ADR procedures.

By email or SMS · it is not sent from your inbox, but from Safe Stamper · eIDAS backing.

Two different proofs

Do you need to prove sending or receipt?

They are two complementary pieces of evidence. Choose according to what you need to prove; many companies use both.

Safe Stamper Mail

Certifies the sending

You use your usual email and add an address in copy. It proves what you sent, to whom and when.

Proves: that you sent the message, its content and the sending date.

Safe Stamper Notify

Certifies receipt and reading

We send the message as a trusted third party, with a link to read it. It proves that it arrived and that it was opened.

Proves: that the recipient received, opened and, where applicable, downloaded and replied.

How it works

Your message, sent by a trusted third party

Unlike a normal email, the notification is sent from Safe Stamper and the content is hosted on the platform. That is why we can certify each access.

Write the notification

Enter recipients (email or phone), names, your message and an attachment if you need one.

We send it for you

Safe Stamper sends an official email or SMS with the sender, the subject and a link to read the content.

Receive the certification

The sending is certified and, when the link is opened, the read access is recorded. You get a certificate updated at all times with its status: delivery, reading, download and reply, with date, time and IP.

What gets certified

Four milestones, not just the sending

1

Sending

The exact moment the notification goes out.

2

Reading

When the content was opened and from which IP.

3

Download

Whether the recipient downloaded the attached file.

4

Reply

The recipient's reply, if you enable it.

And you're in control

Use cases

When sending is not enough: you have to prove it arrived

Especially useful where the other party could claim they "never received it".

Legal and important notifications

Prior demands, cease and desist letters, claims and formal communications where you need proof that the recipient received and opened them.

Payment and billing notices

Payment reminders and notices to debtors with proof of reading, before escalating to the legal route.

Human Resources

Changes of conditions, sanctions, formal notices or mandatory communications to employees, with proof of receipt.

Notices to clients and users

Contract changes, conditions, expirations or end of service that must arrive and be provable.

Document delivery

Documents that must be delivered to a specific person with proof that they accessed them.

Deadlines and expirations

Notices, contractual deadlines or dated warnings where it matters when it was read, not just when it was sent.

ADR and Confidential Binding Offer

Since Organic Law 1/2025, before filing a civil or commercial lawsuit you must attempt an Adequate Dispute Resolution Method (ADR). The Confidential Binding Offer is the most used one, and the law requires sending it by a means that proves its receipt by the other party.

⚖ OL 1/2025 · procedural requirement
  • Proves that the offer or the invitation to negotiate was received and opened, with a certain date.
  • Silence within the legal term equals rejection: the proof of receipt enables you to sue.
  • A conventional email is not enough; courts have already dismissed lawsuits lacking proof of receipt.
Confidentiality respected. For the lawsuit to be admitted it is enough to prove the sending and receipt, not the content of the offer —which is confidential—. Notify documents receipt independently of the content, which is kept safe.

How it fits the procedural requirement

1
You send the CBO via NotifyThe recipient receives the notification and accesses the content through the link.
2
Receipt is certifiedDelivery, opening, date and access IP are recorded.
3
The legal term elapsesIf there is no express acceptance, silence counts as rejection.
4
You attach the proofYou provide the proof of sending and receipt to the lawsuit, without revealing the content.

Common questions

Is it valid to meet the ADR requirement of Law 1/2025?

To go to court in civil and commercial matters you must first attempt an ADR, such as the Confidential Binding Offer, sent by a means that proves its receipt. Notify certifies that receipt with a certain date, independently of the content, which is confidential. The final assessment corresponds, like any evidence, to the court.

How is it different from Safe Stamper Mail?

Mail certifies the sending from your own inbox (what you sent and when). Notify certifies receipt and reading: the message is sent by Safe Stamper and it is proven that the recipient opened it.

What exactly gets certified?

The sending, the reading, the download of the attachment and the recipient's reply, with date, time and IP of access.

Does the recipient have to do anything?

Yes: they receive an email or SMS with a link and must click it to read the content. That access is what makes it possible to certify the reading.

Can I tell if they have not read it?

Yes. You see the status in your account, you can resend the notice and set a closing date if it is not read in time.

Through which channels is it sent?

By email or SMS, as you prefer for each recipient. The service is available in Spanish and English.

Do the notifications comply with NOM-151 in Mexico?

Yes. For users in Mexico, each certified notification includes the Record of Conservation of Data Messages in accordance with NOM-151, issued through SeguriData (PSC accredited by the Ministry of Economy), in the same act and at no additional cost. Also available for organizations from other countries with activity in that market.

What validity does it have as evidence?

It is technological evidence with evidentiary value, with a qualified eIDAS time stamp and a digital fingerprint. Its assessment corresponds, like any evidence, to the body that analyzes it.
